The following is an easy checklist you can use
to help to identify problem areas in your work
environment. No answers indicate a potential
problem and should be investigated further.

glare.
- There is sufficient leg room to change
position of legs without getting up.
- Worksurface is large enough to hold work
materials.
- Commonly used items are close at hand to
avoid excessive stretching.
- Loose wires and cables are well managed
by the use of grommets or wire management
channels so as not to interfere with
operator safety.
- Computer monitor viewing area is between
20° to 50° below eye level, even lower if
user wears bifocals or trifocals
- Top of monitor is slightly farther from
the eyes than the bottom of the monitor
- Keyboard tilt follows the natural line
of your forearm and hand
- Images on the screen are sharp, easy to
read and do not flicker.
